Description

OR experience of at least 1 year preferred. The OR circulating nurse should be proficient in verifying patient identity and confirming correct surgical site along with verifying consent forms. He/she should be familiar with maintaining a sterile environment and assessing patient needs intraoperatively. The OR circulator should be proficient in working with surgical technicians, anesthesia providers, and surgeons. The OR circulator should also be proficient in documenting surgical procedures.
